FAQ's

Q: Do you take insurance?

A: No, we do not. In order to keep costs affordable, we do not accept insurance is getting credentialed though insurance companies is costly and time consuming.  We do however accept HSA/FSA monies for payment.

Q: Do you only see adults?

A: No, we are able to see children as well as adults.  If you have Medicare please call as there are some appointments that we are unable to see Medicare patients for.

Q: Are you able to do labwork?

A: Yes, we are able to order and draw labs which are sent to an outside lab to be run.

Q: What makes your clinic different?

A: While we are able to see patients for ill visits and annual exams, we also promote wellness and focus on micronutrient analysis and root causes of illnesses. We also don't have to follow the contraints if insurance when it comes to lab testing and can easily order labs that insurances routinely do not cover.

Q: Do you take HSA/FSA cards

Yes, we do.  "Cash based" simply means we do no submit to insurance,  However you can request a "superbill" to submit to your insurance on your own, or you can pay using your HSA/FSA cards.

 Q: Why can't you see Medicare/medicaid patients

It is a Medicare/medicaid stimulation that patients who are insured through them cannot pay cash for services that they cover.  If it is a service that they do not cover-you can be seen.(e.g. IV vitamin infusions)

Q: Can you prescribe medications.

Yes, however they cannot be billed through your insurance as I do not have any relationship with insurance providers.  I do have many other options available that may be more cost effective than what you would pay through your insurance.
